Whether remote management or local service, Avantgarde e-ControlNet® is always the right choice. With its modular, flexible architecture, the M2M platform integrates itself seamlessly into your systems and processes and can also be modified to individual requirements.

The central element for communication with technical end devices is the e-ControlNet server, to which the user has access in accordance with their user rights via the Web front-end. The open interface concept enables parallel communication with end devices of various manufacturers and various product generations. Since the data is stored in a standardised format and conceptualized by means of a meta level, different devices and plants – e.g. pumps, wind power plants, measuring positions for environmental monitoring – can be steered using the same application and their data comprehensively assessed.

With the e-ControlNet Mobile Client all important functions of the server platform are also available as a stand-alone Windows application that can be operated on all commercial PCs or notebooks. A broad range of interfaces from classic serial ports to a LAN connection can be used for local communication with the end device. All functions for plant management, parameterisation, trending and analysis can also be used by the service technician onsite, independent of whether the plant has an online connection itself or not. The flexibility of Avantgarde e-ControlNet thus enables a significant reduction in development expenditures for a remote management platform and local service tool, a short time-to-market and a universal service strategy. Memorability and uniform operation guarantee high acceptance and low training costs.
